Meal Prep

Customized weekly meal prep crafted just for you.

We offer the ability to recapture up to 15 hours a week! We understand the time it takes to plan, shop, prepare, cook, and clean. Not to mention work, kids activities, and the endless to-do-lists. As new(ish) parents with a couple more kiddos on the way, we understand the stress of providing meals for the family, that you feel good about. Allow Good Thymes Kitchen to take away that burden, and provide your family with delicious, nutritious, home cooked meals. Go to your son’s baseball game at 5 o’clock. Take your kids to the park after school. Or just soak in an hour of YOU time. And know that dinner is ready for when you get home.

How it works

Fresh, Flavorful, and Ready to Go!

Each week, a menu is sent out consisting of ten options. The menu includes a handful of dinner options, salad/grain bowls with protein, and a breakfast/snack dish. Anywhere from three to five items can be chosen. Extra meals and /or extra portions can be tacked on for an additional fee. 


All meals are packaged in environmentally friendly and reusable snapware containers that we provide. At the time of pickup/delivery each week, we just ask that our containers are cleaned, organized, and ready to be picked up or dropped off from the previous week’s meals. If you would prefer some meals to be packaged individually for a grab and go lunch, that can be arranged as well!


After an initial consultation, and commencement, we will send out an assessment form so we can get to know your eating habits and best suit your families needs!


*Meal services starting at $200 per week, plus the cost of groceries.

Rotating Weekly Menu

Packaged family style for easy re-heating. Plans can include your choice of anywhere from 3-5 meals and up to 5 portions per meal. Extra portions can be added for an additional fee.

Strawberry balsamic pork chops with spinach salad

One-pot Spanish chorizo, shrimp, and creole rice

Chicken Parmesan over spaghetti with side salad

Pan seared salmon, farro, arugula, beets, and dill sour cream

Miso ceasar broccolini with seared shrimp and parmesan panko topping

Broccoli, kale, and sausage skillet with potatoes

Steak with shishitos and double corn grits

Avocado, tomato, and chickpea pasta salad with lemon basil vinaigrette

Add your choice of protein

Black pepper-garlic chicken fried rice

Lemon pound cake

*Menus can be customized to accommodate all allergies and dietary preferences
